Who is the course designed for?

Examine current and emerging AI applications across pharma and healthcare – balancing potential benefits with risks.

Module 5: Regulation and Oversight

Understand the evolving legal landscape: UK and EU legislation, MHRA and EMA guidance, and contrasting US and Chinese approaches.

Module 6: Practical Implementation

Learn how to embed AI responsibly – governance, ethical culture, and preparing for the future.

An expert in medical and pharmaceutical ethics and compliance with over 25years experience in pharma including senior roles in medical and regulatory affairs.

Dr Sheuli Porkess

Physician with a career in pharmaceutical policy, regulation, and strategy, focused on safely bringing innovation into healthcare.

Together, Nick and Sheuli combine a principled and practical perspective.

In addition, throughout the year we will bring insights and interviews with a range of people involved in AI in pharma and beyond.
