Dr Nick Broughton
Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Ethos. A medic by background he has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been a Director in both UK and European Medical and Regulatory Affairs roles. He has postgraduate qualifications in medical ethics and law and worked as a final signatory, consultant and educator in compliance for a wide range of companies including GSK, AZ, ViiV, MSD, Amgen, BMS, Roche, J&J and BI. He has a special interest in medical and pharmaceutical ethics.
Domenico Curinga
Domenico Curinga is a pharmacist and ABPI final signatory with 10+ years’ experience in oncology, haematology, and cardiovascular medicine. He has led medical affairs at Novartis (Head of Haematology), MSD UK, and GSK, with expertise spanning promotional and non-promotional activities, including collaborative working, grants, and donations, and has received multiple global recognition awards.
Dr Shazia Hasan
Medical Affairs leader with deep expertise in digital strategy, compliance, and governance across multinational pharma companies, biotechs, and pharma agencies. Proven record of shaping innovative digital initiatives, driving HCP and patient engagement, and building strong networks with both internal and external stakeholders including Digital Opinion Leaders.
ABPI Code signatory and contributor to previous Code updates, with extensive success in governance, training, and compliance. Brings operational excellence, strategic vision, and therapeutic expertise in a range of areas including oncology, haematology and rare diseases to deliver measurable impact in medical strategy, engagement, and innovation.
Dr Vinay Patroe
Vinay is a physician with over 25 years’ experience in pharmaceutical medicine gained in medical affairs and R&D. He has held senior medical leadership roles in both large and small pharmaceutical companies.
With an MBA and significant experience in regulatory affairs and compliance he provides a solution orientated and pragmatic approach to meeting commercial aims.
Dr Ravi Pawa
Ravi is a pharmaceutical physician with extensive senior experience in clinical research and medical affairs. With a proven track record in delivering medical excellence, she has built robust governance infrastructures and successfully navigated PMCPA audits. Her leadership spans integrated product launches, strategic stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaboration and resilience in multidisciplinary environments.
